Naturally Sassy Salsa

So, I've made a decision. No more playing it safe. If I'm going to try new flavors, then my taste buds need to get used to a little more heat. Think, Camila Cabello's "Havana." The dance scene mid-music video is how I felt while enjoying this salsa and not tearing up from the fresh jalapeño (I even used more than one!). 

I'm also starting to feel like I need to transition from the hibernation mode we've been in this winter...the heft of the winter meals is starting to make us feel sluggish. Spring can't get here fast enough! We aren't going to wait for it, though. The fresh ingredients made this salsa taste favorite-Mexican-restaurant-worthy. 

If you have a food processor, this will take no time to make. Otherwise, carefully pulse in a blender, or go for a more chunky option and chop up the ingredients by hand. Pair with some whole wheat chips, blue chips, or even homemade tortilla chips and you can enjoy it a bit more!
