Tropical Lime Cookies

My friends - how are you?! I've been trying to get a blog post published the last few weeks and life wanted to prove it had other plans in mind. I've missed you, but am back and ready to catch up with everyone!

I thought it would be fun to share a brand new recipe with you - as those of us in the Western Hemisphere prepare for spring (she has been a little shady this year - it's not fair to tease us!), I'm ready for all food light and airy. Garden preparation is underway and I am craving all the herbs and dishes I've missed this winter. As I type this post, it is in the mid-70s in Atlanta, but the end of the week is going to be colder and rainy. Whether you are already enjoying a spring season that is here to stay, or slogging through the roller coaster ride that seems to be affecting so many of us, I think this tropical lime cookie recipe is just what the doctor ordered. Put on some Margaritaville, start imagining sitting outside with a margarita in hand, and let's get to cooking up our own reality!

Would you like to save this?

We'll email this post to you, so you can come back to it later!

[yumprint-recipe id='15']What do you look forward to the most during spring? The beautiful flowers, the anticipation of summer, or just the ending to the snow drifts made of pollen? (Trust me, it's BAD here in the South).

I hope these cookies will become a new addition to your spring recipe rotation! Until next time, I hope you enjoy your #hearthhealthhappiness!
