If one fruity balsamic reduction is good, then all others must be better, right? So far, yes!
A few weeks ago, we tried topping Brie with a blackberry Balsamic reduction and it was a hit. Definitely an easy appetizer to whip up, but really impressive at the same time. I’ve discovered that I go weak in the knees for a sweet – savory combo, so I’m a big fan of anything that involves Balsamic vinegar and fruit.
This weekend, Cliff and I tried a strawberry Balsamic vinegar reduction and it is definitely a new addition to our recipe Rolodex. It’s as easy as the first version, and I love the red color as we prepare for the holiday season. Think about adding this to your appetizer list for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other special holiday of your choice!
