1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 tablespoon honey or  pure maple syrup

2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

1 1/2 teaspoons  kosher salt

Pro Tip:  Slowly stir the beer to the dry mixture to create an even texture and avoid lumpy dough.
