Maple Roasted Cashews

Maple roasted cashews are both sweet and salty, allowing rich cashews to roast in the sweet, darker complex flavors of maple syrup. With a delightful crunch, these roasted cashews are the perfect snack, topping, or vegan cheese board.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews 146g
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup 39g
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt coarse, 1g

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, add cashews and maple syrup. Stir until cashews are evenly coated in maple syrup.
    1 cup raw cashews, 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  3. Pour the cashews onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and press into an even layer. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
    ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once after 5 mintutes.
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy!
