• 10 oz beer • 3 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tbsp granulated sugar • 4.5 tsp baking powder • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt • 1 tsp vegan butter (optional)  • pinch of coarse sea salt (optional)

Heat your cast iron skillet in the oven as you prepare the biscuit dough. Just don't forget your oven mitts!

Pro Tip:

These biscuits won't merge together, so  feel free to squeeze in an extra biscuit if you have some dough left over  in the bowl!
