Simple Grilled Chicken

Easy to make on your stovetop, when you need a fast dinner or protein for a meal. Just add seasoning, olive oil, and some heat and you're all set!

Equipment

  • Stovetop grill pan or non-stick skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt divide evenly between both sides
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder divide evenly between both sides
  • pinch freshly-ground black pepper each side

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil to grill pan or skillet. Grill on medium heat until cooked through, approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
