1 ½ cups ice 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries about 8 ounces 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk ¾ cup fresh or frozen blackberries 1 medium or large frozen banana 1 tablespoon vegan vanilla protein powder ½ tablespoon ground chia seeds ½ tablespoon hemp seeds
If using fresh strawberries, remove the tops.
