Don't discard the water when ready to use your blender. Blend for several minutes, or until the mixture is 100% smooth.

Each tortilla needs to be kept to the size of 6-8 minutes in diameter. Allow to cook on each side for a few minutes each, per tortilla.

The temperature of your skillet is important. I keep my burner (using a cast iron skillet) on medium-low heat - a 4 out of 10. You want the tortillas to cook just slow enough that it doesn't fall apart when time to flip. Test the edges before flipping to decide if it's ready!
