Ingredients

The sugar content in the dates helps prevent them from hardening like an ice cube.  Freeze for 15-20 minutes for a result that is slightly hard, but still chewy.  If you freeze for longer, allow the dates to thaw on the counter for a few minutes before enjoying!

Tip: 

Soak dates for 10 minutes
